Thank you for taking the time to learn more.

I help create space to make better decisions and co-create solutions that work for real people, communities, and the planet.

Imagine you’re trying to tackle one of those 'hard-to-do list' challenges, like reducing a tricky waste stream, improving access to an under-used yet life-changing service, or redesigning an out-of-date system that unintentionally creates harm. It’s not always clear where to start, what people really need, or what will have the most impact. That’s where I can help.

I talk to the people affected by the decisions being made, observe how people and systems behave and how things work today, listen to and interpret what people say, and more importantly, what they do in different situations. I dig deep into the challenges and opportunities. Then, I bring all of that information together to facilitate the co-design of effective solutions that are sustainable, measurable, and fair for everyone involved.

In short, I help bridge the gap between understanding complex problems and creating meaningful change, ensuring what gets designed, benefits real people and the planet in the long run.

As a catalyst, I help make change happen.

I help you and your team tackle challenges with confidence.

Holistic sustainability, done well, can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. I help change makers and organisations build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to take purposeful action on sustainability challenges.

This means:

  • Breaking down gnarly complex issues into clear, visual maps that you and your team can use to facilitate actionable steps.

  • Equipping teams with insights and tools needed to understand and address gritty challenges, from increasing circularity to creating long-term social value.

  • Empowering confident decision-making aligned with your values and goals, even in uncertain or challenging contexts.

  • Embedding sustainability into everyday operations and strategies.

  • Co-creating solutions tailored to your unique strengths and challenges, ensuring lasting momentum.

My goal is to help organisations realise the potential they have to turn challenges into opportunities for positive impact.

I offer something different.

I help organisations create solutions that work not just for the average person, but for real people, communities, and ecosystems.

When tackling the big challenges like sustainability, climate resilience, or designing for positive social impact, it’s not enough to create solutions in isolation. I bring people, communities, and even nature into the design (intentional decision-making) process. Adding that all-important context. I work alongside those most affected by the issues at hand—co-designing solutions to ensure they’re practical, inclusive, and equitable.

I take a life-centered design approach, meaning I think beyond human needs. I consider how the solutions we co-create impact other forms of life and the larger ecosystems we’re part of, so the outcomes support a healthy, sustainable future for all.

In short, I combine deep research, collaboration, and systems thinking to help organisations address complex challenges in ways that respect and benefit people, nature, and the planet.

I help you to co-create solutions that are practical and workable for your team and your budget.
